Payment Methods

Goods may be paid for by credit card or invoice. Please select the relevant payment option when proceeding through the checkout process.

Does the payment method I choose affect the time it takes for me to receive my purchased documents?

Yes.

When paying by credit card you will be able to download your documents immediately.

When paying by invoice you will have to wait up to an hour before you can download your documents. You will receive an email when your documents are ready to download.

Why does it take longer when I pay by invoice?

We need time to check that the details you gave us are valid before releasing your documents to you. This will take no longer than an hour. During business hours we aim to perform this check much faster.

When your documents are ready you will receive an email asking you to log in to the site and download them.

What are your invoicing payment terms?

Payment must be within 30 days of invoice.

What will happen if I cannot pay?

Please inform us if you cannot pay for the goods that you ordered within 30 days of the invoice date. We will negotiate payment terms if you inform us that you are unable to pay before the payment term is up. If you do not let us know that you cannot pay before 30 days from the invoice date has lapsed we will request immediate payment. After 60 days we will charge you 12.5% interest per year.
